1. Access and Use of the Site

1.1 By purchasing our products or services on our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which form the contract between the parties.

1.2 Throughout the terms and conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our company and business RX-8 Australia & Designers Accessories. ABN 33 650 643 397.

2. Payment Under the Contract

2.1 Payment currency is the Australian Dollar.

2.2 A valid contract is formed when you purchase our RX-8 watch protection films and book our applying film services.

2.3 A valid order must pay the full payment online. Please attend your appointment on time.

2.4 If you must change your appointment, please notify your services representative 48 hours ahead and reschedule the appointment.

2.5 Late notification or not attending the appointment, we will charge $150 to pay for product delivery, service representative’s time and travel expenses. You must know our product and services are booking only, our service representative needs to get your watch model protection films and travel on time for the appointment.

3. Delivery

3.1 When you book your watch protection films, you must select the correct model. If you made the mistake, we might need to reschedule the appointment and charge you $150 for the product reorder and the service representative’s time and travel expenses.

3.2 If we manage your order items wrongly, we will cover the delivery cost and reschedule for you.

3.3 Please understand that RX-8 products are imported from overseas. It may have an unexpected delivery situation. If your ordered items are out of stock, we will notify you and reschedule the appointment.

3.4 You will be the beneficiary of any claims for damage to your Watch or losses occurring while your Watch is in the possession of a common carrier.

3.5 The RX-8 protection films are plastic TPU films. These are non-toxic items, they have no harm to apply on the watch. It has no legal issue to import and export internationally.3.6 RX-8 Watch protection films are appliedf on the luxury watches. Parents must keep your luxury watch away from baby to avoid sucking the watch protection films.

4. Termination

4.1 Where we terminate this contract due to a breach by you, including failure to pay the balance of the purchased price, you will forfeit all of the Order Fee.

5. Refund policy and no change of Mind Returns

5.1 We will not refund the Order Fee if you request a return after changing your mind.

5.2 We will not refund the purchase price if you have changed your mind after making payment and services booking.

5.3 Unless the order items are unavailable, we do not refund the products and services booking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.
